By using this site to make payments, I authorize the City of Los Angeles to use routing number and the bank account number provided to initiate a one-time electronic fund transfer from my bank account, to process the payment as a check transaction, or bank drawn draft from my account.

When paying by eCheck (ACH), make sure that your bank account is ACH-enabled. Some bank accounts are NOT ACH-enabled and such payments may be returned back after initial processing through the ACH Network.
If your bank account has a debit block to prevent unauthorized organizations from debiting your account via ACH, you must notify your bank to authorize ACH debits.
Please note that both Money Orders and Cashier's Checks can NOT be used as a form of ACH payment. Please work with City staff handling your service to arrange for mailing Money Orders or Cashier's Checks to the approprite location.
Some corporate bank accounts are NOT ACH-Enabled and that may cause returned check payments. Please work with City staff handling your service to arrange for mailing your check to the appropriate location.
Payments collected through this site are for invoices generated by different City Agencies. If you have any questions, please make sure to contact the appropriate agency that generated your invoice.
The City of Los Angeles reserves the right to issue a partial or full refund for this transaction.
