Usually the charges are for a permit(s) or a service(s) provided by one of the City agencies or departments.
Credit card transactions are assessed a 2.70% to 2.75% non-refundable service fee. This will appear as a second charge on your card statement.
We recommend that you search your email for an invoice by one of the above agencies. The email should have a link to your invoice or payment receipt.
The best way to contact us is via email. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt, our transaction number, or any other information that can help us identify and locate your payment. Please do not include any card number, bank account number, or any other sensitive information.
